Reiki Agreement

This Reiki Healing Agreement is between Sasha-Louise Forde of Divine Karma ("Practitioner") and yourself ("Client"). By scheduling a Reiki session, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

• The Practitioner will provide Reiki energy healing to the Client either in-person or remotely.

• Reiki sessions are intended to promote relaxation and support healing, and are complementary to any medical treatment the Client is receiving.

2. Fees and Payment

• The Client agrees to pay the agreed price per session or package selected.

• Payment is due before or at the time of the session.

3. Session Booking & Cancellation

• Sessions will be booked by mutual agreement.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. If cancelled within less than 24 hours, the Client may be charged for the full session.

4. Confidentiality

• All information shared during Reiki sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer

• Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

• The Practitioner is not responsible for diagnosing or treating medical conditions, and the Client should continue to consult healthcare professionals as needed.

6. Assumption of Risk

• By participating in Reiki sessions, the Client acknowledges they are doing so voluntarily and assumes any risks associated with the practice.

7. Acknowledgement

• By scheduling and attending a session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
